I Want to Return or Get a Refund!

We are happy to replace products that are dysfunctional or damaged. However, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are not damaged or non-functional. 

To submit your replacement request:

  1. Take at least 3 high-resolution photos from different angles that clearly show the damage or dysfunctionality of the item(s). Ideally, these photos should be taken on a flat surface with the tag and defect clearly visible.
  2. Submit your return or refund request by submitting a ticket [here], along with the shipping label and the photos you’ve taken. Please include your order number, Transaction ID, or Invoice ID to expedite the resolution process.

The resolution process may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience while our Customer Service team reviews your case. Once your proof is approved, we will either send you a replacement package or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
